Summit Oaks Hospital is dedicated to providing quality mental health care services to your child or teen in a secure, nurturing environment. Our child and adolescent inpatient psychiatric program is led by our Chief Medical Officer and provides comprehensive treatment and stabilization services.
This program helps youths who are suffering from mental health problems and are in crisis. It is designed to evaluate and stabilize youths with psychiatric disorders and emerging destructive behaviors. We provide help to those at risk who need to be supported with 24-hour clinical supervision. Our goal is to provide a place where problems are identified, solutions are explored and skills are developed.
Our physician-led mental health treatment program addresses children’s entire well-being including medical, psychiatric, social and academic needs. The inpatient treatment program provides a variety of therapies and activities in a secure, comfortable environment. Our goal is to safely stabilize and reunite you and your child as quickly as possible. Parents and guardians play a huge role in our adolescent treatment. We encourage family involvement every step of the way to ensure the child’s full recovery.
Through our education partner, LearnWell Inc., we are able to provide academic support to students who are in our inpatient program. Our on-unit school program led by certified teachers will help your child stay current with lessons and eases his/her transition when the patient is discharged and returns to school.
